3) Positive Rental Reversion in both Retail & Office
4) Lower than the PO price of $0.72 in Apr 2022
5) Upcoming Grange Road carpark (behind 313 Somerset)
Once the Grange Road carpark redevelopment completed by end of 2024, additional revenue source for the REIT
