History repeated again.. Stocks and World Cup really doesnt mix well

On 4th May, I posted a post regard to "STI fell by an average of 8.6% in the two months between end-Apr and end-June during the past six tournament" as per DBS analysts (See post here).


Look like history repeat itself again during World Cup period.

What the good news?

DBS analysts mentioned too that "A healthy consolidation with the best market re-entry time in beginning July if history repeat"

Added: Singtel

Bought another 1,000 shares of Singtel on 14th Jun at $3.20.

This bring my total Singtel shares to 9,000

Reasons for buying are still much the same as before (Read here and here).

LIM Ming Yan, President & Group CEO of CapitaLand Group, had given notice to the Board to relinquish his position with effect from 31st Dec 2018.
