• Bought additional 25,000 shares of Frasers Centrepoint (FCT) at $2.28 on 6 Jan 2022 (Link)
• Bought 21,000 shares of Mapletree Industrial Trust at $2.59 on 12 Jan 2022 (Link)
• Sold 21,200 shares of HongKongLand USD at average price USD5.38. Total profit SGD11,571 (7.55%) in 2 years 5 months.
• Bought 17,500 shares of Keppel DC Reit  at $2.28 on 20 Jan 2022 (Link)
• $612.50 of Keppel DC Reit dividend declared on 24 Jan 2022 (3.5cents per share). Payout on 10 Mar 2022.
• $735 of Mapletree Industrial Trust dividend declared on 25 Jan 2022 (3.5cents per share). Payout on 15 Mar 2022. I opt for script dividend ($2.5058 per share) which will receive 290 shares.
• $336 of Comfortdelgro dividend declared on 28 Feb 2022 (2.1cents per share). Payout on 27 May 2022.
