Reason for buying:
Same as the reasons why I bought in Oct 2020.
Given that Singapore is going to implement Work From Home (WFH) as default for 1 month from tomorrow 27 Sep onward, this might not be bad news for FCT where majority of the malls are located in suburban area.
Higher chance this WFH group will order via Grabfood or dabao themself.
FCT should also be declaring dividends in their 4Q21 Financial result sometime near end Oct 2021.
