Thank you for sharing your portfolio. I have a question regarding the Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (CRPU). Is it safe to invest in it long term?
ReplyDeleteI came across this article on Soho about REITs. https://sohoapp.com/users/peisaiheng/posts/94468
It is reported that CRPU is currently one of the best performing REITs in SGX. But unlike traditional REITs, it has a different way of managing its properties which in turns generates more income. However does this also mean that it is more volatile and not sustainable in the long run? Thank you!
Hi, you might wish to read my post on why i purchase Sasseur: http://compoundingdividendxdividend.blogspot.com/2019/02/added-sasseur-reit.html
