ReplyDeleteNice growth! So much of your Portfolio is in FIRST REIT, why did you pick that? It seems super risky and kind of like a crazy company with bad news following bad news... I am curious about your analysis - how did you choose this counter over the others?

ReplyDeleteI fell for a very convincing Ledger Nano update email, which resulted in 7.2 BTC being siphoned through a malicious approval on Ethereum. My Ledger device itself wasn’t touched, which made it harder to understand what went wrong.
