Bought 11,000 shares of FIRST REIT on 23rd Aug at $1.28.

Reasons for buying:

1) Close to 2 years low ($1.25 on Dec 2016)
2) 6.7% dividend yields
3) Quarterly dividend payment
4) Consistent growth in Asset size every year (From 325.6M in 2007 to 1349.3M in 2017) due to healthy pipeline from Sponsor
5) Earliest lease renewal in Aug 2021
6) Annual base rental increment

First reit price drop to 2 years low mainly due to its sponsor Lippo facing cashflow issue and had its credit rating downgraded.
